CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY
Getting Better Together

When the musculoskeletal system is in balance, joints have good mobility and alignment, which helps prevent pain. However injuries, repetitive activities, and sustained poor posture can lead to imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. Physical symptoms in the body such as joint and muscle aches, pain, numbness or tingling often involve abnormal joint motion and structural misalignment that is addressed through chiropractic care. Chiropractic is so much more than simply a means of relieving pain. Ultimately, the goal of the chiropractic treatment is to restore the body to its natural state of optimal health. Since the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself and to maintain its own health, the primary focus is simply to remove those things which interfere with the body's normal healing ability.

ABOUT DR. SHERI COOK

Dr. Sheri Cook began her practice as a chiropractor in the Midwest in 2000. "I wanted to have a career in health care working directly with patients in an independent office setting," she says. "During undergrad I worked in a chiropractic office and quickly decided that was the career for me. The patients were always happy to be there and found it a positive experience and an effective way to relieve pain naturally." Twenty years later, she brought her professional experience to Tucson.
Dr. Cook's goal is to restore your body to efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible—put simply, to relieve you from neck and back pain. Her training includes various complementary methods; in addition to chiropractic, she is licensed and certified in physiotherapy and the Graston and Webster Techniques. Incorporating all these methods as appropriate, Dr. Cook creates individualized programs and all-natural pain-relief treatment plans for each patient. Dr. Cook is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and her additional training in the Webster Techniques makes her uniquely qualified in the treatment of pregnant patients and infants.
Dr. Cook is committed to partnering with her clients in health. This means she takes the time to listen to your concerns and goals and invites you to be a decision maker in your treatment plan. Dr Cook views it as a privilege to be part of a family's health care team. She loves getting to know her patients and their families and enjoys working with people of all ages, from babies to grandparents.
